Our heat pump was installed in February 2023 and it’s the best and least expensive heat source we’ve ever used, having lived in Vermont for several decades.
We have a one-floor, 1,300-square-foot condominium and the heat pump sensors send the heat wherever it is needed most, resulting in the most comfortable and consistent heat we’ve ever experienced as compared to oil, electric, propane and wood.
The unit is very quiet and so far has not added significantly to our electric bill. We look forward to the central air it will provide this summer, not to mention next year’s tax credit. We are so impressed with this technology.
