Good luck participating in Interlibrary Loan and shared print programs without physical collections to loan or keep for the other libraries participating in those programs.
And who is going to fix all of the access problems and gather assessment data associated with the Open Access resources and few remaining purchased e-resources, especially as subscriptions are no longer cost-feasible?
