Please think of the kayaks and fishermen when making rules for our lake.

Last summer, my husband and I were fishing on Lake Seymour, where we own a camp, when a wake boat turned and passed us. They got my fishing line and all we could do is hold on and hope our 14-foot fishing boat wouldn’t flip over. It was so scary, and if I had been in my kayak I would have been flipped over and drowned.

These boats belong on a much bigger water than lakes in Vermont, where people use small boats.
