Vermont reported 166 new Covid-19 cases, 67 hospitalizations and four additional deaths Monday.
Combined with 414 cases on Saturday and 197 on Sunday, the state’s seven-day average for new infections is 329, down from 337 on Friday, according to the Vermont Department of Health dashboard.
Vermont’s seven-day average test positivity rate was 14.1% on Monday, down from 14.8% on Friday. The test positivity rate includes only PCR tests, not at-home antigen tests.
The health department reported that 67 people were hospitalized with Covid as of Monday, down from 69 on Friday. That includes six people in intensive care, down from 13 on Friday.
The health department reported four additional Covid deaths on Monday. In total, 652 people have died since the beginning of the pandemic, including 12 in May.
