[S]en. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is expected to speak during a three-day event in Burlington next week alongside a high-profile progressive roster that includes Hollywood actors and the mayors of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and New York City, Politico reported Monday.

The event has been organized by the Sanders Institute, a progressive think tank launched in 2017 by Sanders’ wife, Jane, and run by her son, David Driscoll.

It comes as Sanders mulls a presidential run in 2020.

Lt. Gov. David Zuckerman, a Progressive party leader and longtime Sanders ally, confirmed that the event would take place next week, but said he did not know if it would be a venue for Sanders to announce his presidential candidacy.

The event lines up with release Sanders’ new book, “Where We Go from Here: Two Years in the Resistance,” which is scheduled to be published next week.

Sanders is expected to give a keynote speech at the event Thursday, but is not expected to make any announcement about a potential 2020 presidential campaign, Politico reported.

The Sanders Institute and a Sanders’ spokesman did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Other scheduled speakers include Sanders Institute fellows Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii., Our Revolution President Nina Turner, Princeton University professor Cornel West, environmentalist Bill McKibben, and the actor and activist Danny Glover, Politico reports.

Carmen Yulín Cruz, the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, and the actor John Cusack are also scheduled speakers.

News of the event comes a day after Sanders said on MSNBC’s Meet the Press that he was seriously contemplating a presidential run, but was still undecided.

The event is scheduled to run from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1 at Main Street Landing in Burlington.
