After Vermont was hit with as much as 7 inches of rain during Wednesday’s storm, Vermonters were out Thursday assessing damage, digging out and cleaning up. Our reporters and photographers were around the state — from Barre and Plainfield to Barnet and Hardwick — to capture the scenes.
