  • Where: The Montpelier Room, Capitol Plaza, 100 Main St., Montpelier

  • Parking: Parking gates at the entrance of Taylor Street and State Street. Bring your parking ticket with you to validate at the front desk. When leaving, place validated ticket in the flashing slot, gate goes up and away you go.
  • ADA: Electric doors when entering from the back parking lot near the bank drive-thru. Call Capitol Plaza for more information at 802-223-5252.

“Why isn’t the State an Open Book” is the second in VTDigger’s Fast Forward series of free, public events centered on proposed legislation and critical issues facing the state of Vermont.

The next Fast Forward event, “Should Vermont Ban Vaping,” takes place at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 24 at Burlington High School.
