We are grateful to VTDigger readers who have alerted us to browser compatibility issues with our donate page, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience.
If you tried to donate and did not get to a thank you page or receive a receipt via email, your donation was not processed and your credit card did not go through.
For Google Chrome users, our form validation code may have conflicted with your browser’s auto-complete functionality on the donate page. We also had a browser compatibility issue for Internet Explorer users.
If you have had difficulty donating, we would be very grateful if you tried again. While we believe we have resolved the issues, we want to know if you are having trouble. Please email me, agalloway@vtdigger.org, or our membership coordinator Florencio Terra at fterra@vtdigger.org. Or call the office at 802-225-6224. If you contact us, it would be helpful to know what device, operating system and browser you use so that we can resolve the problem.
