Hundreds turned out Tuesday night at a Public Service Board hearing on a proposed 41.2-mile natural gas pipeline in Addison County. The majority of those who spoke were against the plan by Vermont Gas, saying the use of fossil fuel obtained through hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, goes against Vermont’s environmental values.
