On Monday, more than 1,000 Green Mountain Power customers lost power in the Wilmington area.
GMP spokesman Jeremy Baker said that the cause of the outage was a fallen tree and power has been restored to all of those customers.
As of 1:55 p.m. on Monday, GMP had 504 power outages:
• 345 in Windsor County.
• 73 in Bennington County.
• 68 in Caledonia.
• 15 in Windham.
• One in Essex County.
• One in Addison County.
• One in Rutland County.
This number is constantly fluctuation, explained GMP spokeswoman Dotty Schnure.
“We get customers back on and others go off,” she said.
