AHS Proposes Three Health Care Rules
The Agency of Human Services proposes updates to the Refugee Medical Assistance rule, amendments to the Third Party Liability rule removing estate recovery language and a new Estate Recovery rule.
Proposed CO2 Trading Rule Amendments
The Agency of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Vermont’s CO2 Budget Trading Program under RGGI, including a lower regional emissions cap, changes to allowance pricing and elimination of offsets.
Proposed Hazardous Waste Rule Changes
The Agency of Natural Resources proposes updates to Vermont’s Hazardous Waste Management Regulations to align with federal rules, adjust PCB waste disposal requirements, and revise handling of emergency cleanup debris. The public may submit written comments or request a hearing.
Hearing on One CU Membership Expansion
The Vermont Department of Financial Regulation will hold a virtual public hearing Feb. 27, 2026, on One Credit Union’s application to expand its field of membership across parts of Vermont and neighboring states.
