The Vermont Supreme Court will conduct oral arguments using remote video technology on May 13 and 14. Arguments will be livestreamed on the Vermont Judiciary YouTube page. This move came after the United States Supreme Court broadcast oral arguments online earlier this month for the first time in its history.

The arguments will only be accessible to the public online as the public is not admitted to the Supreme Court building in Montpelier. A schedule of arguments can be found on the Judiciary website.
