California lawyer and 2020 presidential hopeful Michael Avenatti is scheduled to visit Vermont this month, according to the Vermont Democratic Party.
Avenatti will appear in Burlington and White River Junction on Nov. 16 and 17, according to party spokesperson Christopher Di Mezzo. He will also be attending a private event with members of the state’s Democratic Party in Montpelier.
The town hall on Friday, Nov. 16 will be held at 7 p.m. at Arts Riot, 400 Pine Street.
He will be at the Calvin Coolidge Hotel in White River Junction for cocktails and conversation 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.
Avenatti, who rose to prominence as the attorney representing pornographic actress Stormy Daniels in her legal battles against Trump, has been stumping around the country in what many have suspected is preliminary campaigning for the 2020 presidential race.
