BETA Technologies, headquartered in South Burlington, made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange in November. At home, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce named Alia, its electric airplane, the Coolest Thing in Vermont. Reflecting on the incredible achievements of 2025, BETA is moving swiftly to grow its most valuable asset—team talent.

BETA employees are builders and pilots, designers and inventors, flying what they build themselves. And, culture is everything. All employees, regardless of their role in the company, have access to free flight lessons, healthy locally-sourced lunch served daily, a health clinic and on-site childcare planned for 2026. The team at BETA is driven by curiosity, passion, and a shared mission to revolutionize the aerospace industry. Every employee is building toward a more sustainable future, whether it’s flying missions, designing high-voltage systems, or laying carbon fiber. The pace is fast, and the work is hands-on. Over the coming years, that work will ramp up, with plans to add 1,000 team members in engineering, manufacturing, and production.

What is BETA’s secret to success? It’s a people-first culture that is built on fostering a shared creative vision. BETA celebrates the unique talents of its team members. And each team member in turn is empowered to own their part of the creative process. It’s a company built on that ethos, where every team member is working hard and together to get the job done.

The company is continually growing their hands-on, multi-disciplinary team and seeking applications from motivated people with a unique approach to solving challenges and driving innovation.
