This Town Meeting Day was a hybrid affair, with almost 75% of the state’s 246 municipalities replacing in-person meetings with mailable ballots. Still, Vermonters gathered in town halls and polling sites throughout the day on Tuesday to weigh in on key local decisions, from school budgets to recreation areas and retail cannabis.
