Just days away now, Christmas and New Year’s are special times for many Vermonters. But lots of us are also facing economic and pandemic-related hardships. Trustworthy information and food to put on the table are two incredibly important things everyone needs to navigate hard times.
VTDigger relies on our readers to recognize the value of strong, fact-based reporting for our democracy– and support it. During our annual membership drive, we are sending 10 meals to the Vermont Foodbank every time a reader gives. Our goal is to send 40,000 meals from 4,000 members by New Year’s Eve and we only have 600 members left to go!
