As the number of Covid-19 cases remains low in Vermont, bars have been given the green light to operate under new guidelines. But compliance — by patrons and establishments — in the state’s largest city has been mixed. A summer camp at the Holiday Inn in Rutland Town is over the capacity permitted under Vermont’s Covid-19 restrictions. Vermont’s Division of Fire Safety visited the hotel Wednesday morning and issued a warning. Camp officials have until Friday to figure out a plan for 50 to 100 campers. Read VTDigger’s story
