The Vermont Department of Health reported five new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday afternoon, bringing the total caseload in the state to 907. The state has conducted 17,518 Covid-19 tests since the crisis began. No new deaths were reported today.
Vermonters with mild symptoms of Covid-19 can be tested, according to the health department’s daily update on Tuesday, as well as parents of children who have symptoms that could be related to Covid-19.
Those seeking tests should contact their health care provider, or if they don’t have one, call 2-1-1. Testing is free.
Symptoms of Covid-19 include: fever, cough and shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell.
