[S]ince returning from the July Fourth recess, Senate Republicans have continued to push for a vote toย repeal the Affordable Care Act.ย Last week, faltering support for their repeal-and-replace measure, the Better Care Reconciliation Act,ย left observers wonderingย if the billย was doomed.
