Vermont Gas Systems announced Friday that it will increase the projected cost of Phase 2 of the Addison-Rutland Natural Gas Project.
The projected cost jumped from $49.3 million to $74.4 million, the company said. Most of that cost will be paid by the International Paper mill in Ticonderoga, New York.
