A corrections officer at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility is due in federal court Friday to face charges of sexual abuse involving inmates in his custody.
Tracy Holliman is expected to be charged in U.S. District Court in Burlington with four counts related to sexual activity with two female federal detainees, according to court documents.
The Burlington Free Press reported that Holliman worked as a probation officer before becoming a prison guard.
According to court documents, Holliman is accused of having sexual contact with one female detainee at least twice in April, May or June. He is accused of having sexual contact with another female detainee at least twice during the last week of June, court records say.
