Paul Hendler, co-founder of JavaPop and Green Mountain Digital, has asked the U.S. District Court in Brattleboro to divide 14 counts of misappropriations of funds into four different trials.

Hendler is accused of bilking JavaPop, Green Mountain Digital, Blueberry Hill Inn, Dr. Paul Brown, Mrs. Chevy Chase, also known as Jayni Chase, and Christopher Lloyd.

Court documents allege Hendler stole tens of thousands of dollars from his victims. He maintains his innocence.

Woodstock Early Bird, an online only publication run by Julia Carlisle a former Alaska Public Radio Reporter, has the story.
