TJ Donovan’s campaign says that the Democratic primary candidate for Vermont attorney general has raised an additional $37,261 since the last campaign finance reporting deadline on July 15.
Donovan has raised a total of $166,971, and the campaign has $54,192 in cash on hand.
Eighty-three percent of the donations are from Vermonters, according to a statement from the campaign.
“I couldn’t be more honored to receive such a broad base of support across this state. From the endorsements, to the grassroots organizing, the momentum is in our corner,” Donovan said in a statement. “The strong fundraising effort reflects this momentum. I am hopeful that I will receive the ultimate endorsement from Vermont Democratic voters on August 28.”
Candidates are required to report how much they’ve raised and what they’re spending money on today, Aug. 15.
