		<description>What I don&#039;t understand is why we have to have separate, stand-alone clinics - and entire system devoted to just one sector of the population, deserving as they are. Why can&#039;t the benefits follow the vet instead of making them drive beyond the several hospitals in the state that CAN handle MOST of their health care concerns. It would also seem that non-VA hospitals would benefit from the specialists attracted to handle vet issues. I get that it&#039;s a military system, it just seems out-dated.</description>
