Thomas Morse, 41, of East Montpelier was last seen shopping at the Berlin Mall Walmart at about 10 a.m. last Tuesday. He’s been missing ever since, said James Pontbriand, the Berlin police chief, in a phone interview.
Earlier that morning, Morse checked himself out of Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin and left on foot, police said, wearing a blue zip-up hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a camouflage hat.
Police describe Morse as a 180-pound, 5-foot-10-inch white man with blonde hair and blue eyes.
