The Department of Health reported 10 new cases of the coronavirus on Tuesday, bringing the total cases confirmed in Vermont since the beginning of the pandemic to 1,956.

Three of those cases were in Washington County, two each in Addison and Caledonia counties, and one each in Chittenden, Windsor and Orange counties. 

No one is hospitalized with a confirmed case or suspected case of the virus. To date, 58 people have died with the illness, the last reported on July 28.

The state reported that 179,713 tests have been administered for the illness in Vermont since mid-March, an increase of 116 since Monday.

The state has gathered the dashboards and websites of Vermont colleges that are reporting Covid cases and testing. Those can be found on the Department of Financial Regulation’s School Reopening web page.
