Honorable Francis B. McCaffrey, Jr. and Rita Whalen McCaffrey. Visiting hours will be held
Friday, November 24, 2023 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland.
Burial will be on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Weston Priory Cemetery, 58 Priory Hill Rd., Weston, VT 05161, with reception to follow at the Weston Priory Visitor’s Center. (Please wear comfortable shoes for walking to the cemetery.) Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.
