It seems that both Burton and Higher Ground have historically underestimated neighbors’ concerns and the efforts of the Citizens for Responsible Zoning.
The CRZ group, described by Justin Worthley as a “small group of opponents,”
has the support of 140 households from neighborhoods surrounding the proposed venue site.
These neighbors share concerns about noise, traffic and safety, and support CRZ’s efforts to see that these issues are addressed.
