The candidates seeking to become Vermont’s next lieutenant governor are going head-to-head on the virtual stage on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the final VTDigger debate before November’s general election.

The major party nominees, Sen. Joe Benning, R-Caledonia, and Progressive/Democratic former lieutenant governor David Zuckerman, will face questions from VTDigger senior editor Mike Dougherty and reporter Riley Robinson. The candidates will also respond to questions submitted by readers (share yours below).
