Vermont reported 211 new Covid-19 cases, 67 hospitalizations and two additional deaths Tuesday.

The state’s seven-day average for new infections is 322, down from 330 on Monday, according to the Vermont Department of Health dashboard.

Vermont’s seven-day average test positivity rate was 14.7% on Tuesday, down from 15.0% on Monday. The test positivity rate includes only PCR tests, not at-home antigen tests.

The department did not report hospitalization data for Tuesday. A department spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the reason for the data lag.

The health department reported two additional Covid deaths on Tuesday. In total, 654 people have died since the beginning of the pandemic, including 14 in May.
