[B]URLINGTON – Police have arrested two more men in connection with the September 26 robbery of Speeder and Earl’s Coffee shop on Pine Street.

Officers had already arrested Zachary Senna, 30, after Williston Police observed his car in the area of a string of commercial burglaries there the same night.

Senna and unnamed other suspects were released at that time, but his car was seized as evidence, according to police. A subsequent search of his vehicle revealed a pry bar and property stolen from Speeder and Earl’s.

Police have now completed their investigation and arrested Nathan Couture, 35, and Matthew Billings, 26, both of Burlington, for assisting in the burglary.

Couture is being held at the Chittenden County Correctional Facility, while Billings was arraigned and released Wednesday on the condition that he not leave his home.

Senna had already been arrested on outstanding warrants, and will face charges in the cafe robbery. He is currently being held at the Chittenden County Correctional Facility as well.
