Obscured by debates over jobs, taxes and the economy, the gubernatorial candidates’ positions on education are not as prominent. Brian Dubie’s plans are relegated to sub-categories of his jobs plan. House votes to move primary election date up three weeks, to Aug. 24
Koch, who proposed an amendment to scuttle the date change, said: “We can do a better job for our troops by using the technology available to us.”
