Woodridge Rehab and Nursing welcomes new administrator

News Release — Central Vermont Medical Center
June 24, 2013

Berlin — Ursula Margazano recently joined Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing, a Central Vermont Medical Center facility, as Administrator. She has a strong background in skilled nursing facility management. For the past eight years she has been Executive Director of Burlington Health and Rehab.

“Ursula brings strong management skills to this position,” noted Judy Tartaglia, CVMC President and CEO. “She will help us continue to expand our short term rehabilitation services while at the same time maintaining the high quality residential care that has allowed Woodridge to be home for many central Vermont residents since 1993.”

Ms. Margazano has a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Services Administration from the SUNY Institute of Technology in New York.

“During the time I’ve been here I’ve found that we have a solid team at Woodridge, so that’s a good foundation to build on,” said Ursula. “It’s nice to change to a more rural setting and to have a closer relationship with the hospital and the medical practices. I see this not only as an interesting management position but also as a learning opportunity for me as a part of a larger clinical campus.”
