VAWA is a Toxic application of female privilege, and puts women over even children. I should point out that in Hawaii, it says (2 paragraphs bellow that for children) that “Male victims may receive services under a STOP Program funded project as long as the agency’s primary focus is on efforts to stop violence against women.”, which means programs that want to help male victims, the children of male victims, or the children of abusive mothers, must first and foremost help women, denying men and children any kind of focus, only afterthought.
