Vermont’s Council of All Beings hosted a gathering with the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers in the House Chamber on Thursday evening. Over one hundred people watched as local children presented the grandmothers with quartz heart pendants, animals danced in the aisles and music from pipes, cellos and voices filled the Statehouse during the two-hour ceremony. Absolutely beautiful photos from a historic and deeply moving event! I’d like to put a photo on our Vermont Chapter of the Buddhist Peace Fellowship Facebook page. Is this possible, Josh?
