  1. This Press Release is pure propoganda.

“Patent Reform” / America Invents Act is good for IBM and Multi-Nationals. It is bad for Small Entities, Independent Inventors and America.

Attached are links to some realistic evaluations of the “Patent Reform” legislation. The America Invents Act is bad for American.

  2. This is a bill for and by large companies. Anyone who is an inventor will tell you that the system was already stacked against them. Leahy is just a pawn of IBM and other large companies.
We are watching the falling of America as the technology leader. The sad part is, China is licking its chops ready as soon as this bill passes to file thousands of US patents that totally disregard the original inventors. They have already set up shop in the US in many cities creating think tanks to file patents. Again, America stupidly opens its doors to others and says, take what you want.

  3. This disgusting legislation will seal off innovation on all fronts the bill improves nothing about the terrable system in place it discourages innovation to stop human advancement. The legislators wont listen to anything from inventors and without them you have nothing.
